All Operator access requests must be made, via email, by an authorised individual representing the Operator. The list of authorised individuals for each Operator is held by the Estate Management Team and must be kept up to date by each Operator. Access requests not made by someone on the authorised list will not be accepted.
The following information is required from all Contractors / Operators requesting access to cable chambers on the Estate. These details are required for security purposes and will be issued to the Funeven Security Team when access is granted.
- The name of the Operator whose chambers you wish to access.
- If a sub-contractor is being used to carry out the works, the name of the sub-contractor company must be provided.
- Names of contractors/engineers attending and the date they need access together with full vehicle details.
- The reference details of the chambers and details of type of works being carried out.
- Map showing the exact location of the chambers that need to be accessed.
- A brief description of the works being undertaken.
Please Note. For access to carry out cable installations you must send details of the route and chambers being used, including Risk Assessments and Method Statements for the proposed works. You must give at least three working days notice.
During the three days we will respond to your request.
