About Funeven

Funeven owns the East India Dock Estate, which is located close to Canary Wharf and the City of London, and is situated between Aspen Way to the south, the A13 (East India Dock Road) to the north and the Blackwall Tunnel approach (A102) immediately to the west.  

The Estate is an integral part of London’s leading data centre hub and provides the facility to connect fibre, and other cabling, via ducts to the data centres around the Estate, such as Telehouse Europe and Global Switch, and other occupiers.

Funeven aims to ensure that the Estate is maintained in a good and safe condition and ongoing improvements are made to the Estate for the benefit of all stakeholders.

Funeven is a private limited company, Registered Number 3419103.

The Board of directors meet formally once a quarter and, along with its supervisory role in ensuring that the Company is being manged effectively and professionally, the Board also develops strategy and retains control over all significant decision making. On a daily basis, the business is managed through the managing agents and consultant team, who report to, and are directed by, the CEO and General Manager.
